    [Misc] Mp301 melting fuser rollers

I've had 3 separate machines fuse the upper and lower rollers after a complete rebuild. Has anyone had this problem? or is it just me?!?!?
I always replace rollers, upper bearings, lower bushings, thermistor and claws. Then leave the cover open and jack the the service mode to "fuser Temp Display" then close the door and watch it shoot past 200c+. TIA

This can happen if the customer has found out how to reset fusing service codes. Machine keeps coding, they keep resetting it and eventually the fusing unit gets hot enough to melt the surface of the pressure roller.
