What do I enter to get into the "service mode" to clear an error?

You must not be a trained Ricoh tech and you obviously do not have access to a service manual. Entering service is a vary basic operation done at almost every service call. It is covered in the manual.Comment

I tried that 1st and couldn't get an answer .Some irrelevant answers and a lot of ads. To say I made no effort is false .I tried Google then copytechnet. When I got to Copytechnet I got no help from techs who know the answer but are judgemental.I came here for help.Comment
