[Misc] Ricoh SP4310N Toner issue Envelope printing

Hello all, recently i am having issues with an 4310n printer. The client has 4 printers so far.the first one did a fine job printing over 100000 envelopes size 15cm x 9cm.I have attached a sample of the envelope and the issue i am dealing with. The other 3 devices it seems that they are printing black lines vertically in the paper.from one side to the other.has anyone had the same thing somewhere or in any other kind of machine before.tried to reduce temperature but no result.the paper weight is small but for the size he client made a small modifycation in the envelope feeder.he put 2 piece of plastic glass in the feeder just to hold the paper in the right place.that was excellent.any ideas. Thanks in advance to everyone.

The marks on the sample look to be from either a dirty roller in the paper path, a dirty hot roller, a defective drum, a dirty charge roller or something on the cleaning blade. Check your maintenance counters.

My bet is on the fusing unit. It might be just dirty or needing roller replacements (hot and pressure).

Indeed. After 100k this beastie will be well due for a maintenance kit.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.
