MPC3500 Fax question

Is there any way to configure a MPC3500 MFD to fax an A4 long edge first page in immediate transmit mode without it shrinking to A5 at the other end?

I thought this was a restriction of using immediate transmission because it was scanning and sending at the same time, but a customer insists it is posible. Thanks for any help.

imediate trans dosen't put the image into memory prior to sending so there is no page rotation before transmission. If the receiver machine has the capability it could do this on reception.
