I'm not familiar with these machines, but 'memory all clear' on any of them is a big no no.

Do you have the factory data sheet supplied with the machine? If so, you'll need to input all the non-default data on that sheet.
If you don't have the sheet, take/print 'non-default' from a machine of the same model and you may have to adjust slightly to suit the machine you're putting them into.

not sure what's causing it, but the memory all clear is most likely the culprit.

look in the sc history and you will see the code, may have to do a firmware upgrade plus check all your settings

you need to find out why the customer did an all clear. you might just need charger wires and grids

Set SP 5875-001 to 1 and the machine will display the actual SC instead of the reboot option. Then you can let us know what the SC is and we can help you.

I hope you are charging your customer for doing a memory clear, effectively they have ruined the machine and wasted your time. Unless you instructed them to do it; in which case if you can't or won't enter the factory defaults then you are stuck with a faulty machine.

Doing SP 5801-001 will reset SP 5875-001 to 0. You are still getting an SC 495 only it is no longer being displayed.

Re: functional problem in pro 907EX

it would be really helpful if you have background on previous Bellini Machine Sir, anyhow i would suggest to check first the toner bottle at toner bank check if its stone replace it happens to be, then clean(vaccum) the toner hose/pipe (cylinder to toner pump) its more effcient if your remove it out then clean it but you are require to remove the dev fan and the toner pump motor and the fly wheel of course. after replacing the toner and cleaning, and assembled the machine run the toner bank set up sp 2207-2 like 5 to 7 mins after its completed check sp 5813-18 = 00000110 atleast it should be the value of if you have succeded in the process of setting up toner at your machine. there a still more possible ways to solve the SC 495 but try this one first Sir may be it could solve your problem... good luck ya sallam.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.
