[Error Code] MP2852 SC687

I have a error code Sc 687 on Mp 2852...machine is brand new.(80copies ).replaced HDD,Controller board.updated firmware ..didnt make the difference..machine works for couple hours or so and throws message "copying"and SC687 after that..any help would be great!Thanks!

Two things:
1) any other error codes look in history.
2) I don't think it's the connector cable (BICU/CONTROLLER)

Try cleaning DIMMS and holder also replace DIMMS to test. check your wall voltage (proper ground) your machine should be on a line conditioner

One more hack is the code thrown when printing or coping? if printing check drivers,possible loop in the network and try a switch from the wall to the MFP.
this is for printing only.

Had a faulty IPU causing this even if it wasn't mentioned in the SC description IIRC
