I swapped i/o boards tried 3 bridge units, and 2 finishers and have yet to find a reason. Its weird it runs perfectly fine to the stack tray, but top tray bin and it jams right away at the bridge to finisher connection.
I have seen the exit motor for the proof tray go bad and cause this. If the motor run just slightly slow, it will cause either the lead or trail edge to be late.

Not to hijack this thread but ya i thought that too so i brought another brand new finisher off the sales floor and it did the exact same thing.

Just to inform everyone all is now working.

IT WAS THE FIRMWARE E-PROM on the finisher as suggested here.

Thanks to everybody for their help

Its strange that 2 separate finishers would do the same thing. Now, what if you hook the non working finisher back up. Strange.

Most likely they both had the same version of firmware.
