ricoh mp 5002sp .sc 819 after switching off.everyting is works very good but when you turn of the machine error 819 comes .i update the firmware and stil have the code .any help pls

It's probably the hard drive. To confirm, turn the machine off, unplug the hard drive, and turn the machine on. You'll probably get an address book error because the HDD is disconnected, but if the sc819 doesn't come back, it's the hard drive. You can try reformatting it once you plug it back in, but if that doesn't work, replace the hard drive.

Im afraid SC819 is more likely to be the controller

firmware is up to date .
hdd format dont fix the error
ssdp inactive ,dont make changes the error is stil here

any ideas ????
