Isn't there a master eject photointerrupter? I didn't work on many dup's, but one I went to (do not remember if it was the same model) had a master eject flag sensor that every once-in-a-while would stick just enough to not change state, which would cause intermittent master eject jams.
I'm not sure if this is what you are seeing, but you might look for a master eject flag and make sure that it is working and not hanging up.Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Comptia A+, Comptia Network+ -

Master jams
I don't work on duplicator, but happen to read a tech support bulletin about this. The master sensor bracket needs to replace or may be adjust, so check the tsb.Good luck.
