    MP C8002 LCT paper tray problems...

    Posting this with limited info from the field tech...


    We have a customer with two of these machines, but only one is having the problem of the actuators being broken in the LCT. The tech does not believe that the problem is with the customer loading paper, because the second machine has not been an issue. The actuators have been replaced on several occasions, but the problem keeps returning.


    If there is anyone who might have seen similar issues and could offer any advice, it would be appreciated.

      What actuators are you finding broken?? I've got 1 of this family in the feild and the problem I had with the tandem tray was related to the lift motor. Had to stretch the spring behind the coupler to get proper operation.....................

          Torquelimiters seems to wear quickly out on this model.
