[Jamming] Savin 4022sp jamming

Hello, I recently rebuilt a fixing unit and the machine ran well for a few weeks then started jamming again! I pulled the fixing unit out and inspected OK then I looked at the drive section and noticed the drive gear looks badly worn, it looks difficult to replace! it sits on a swing assembly which the gear is part of. If there is an easy way to replace it let me know. Thanks
