This error code occurs intermittently. I already replaced the two pressure roller thermistors but still error occurs. The machine has a counter around 150K. Any ideas why it is happening? Is the thermostat bad?If yes, why the machine is getting ready once I cycle the power off and on? I still have not checked the fusing connector, but how can it be defective since the fusing unit has not been removed frequently. I am confused with this kind of error.urgent

Re: ricoh mpc 2030 error sc565.urgent
From MyRicoh:
[Symptom]
SC573 (Pressure roller overheat 4 (software error)) is displayed. After resetting the SC573, the machine operates normally only for a certain time, then SC565 (Pressure roller fusing lamp consecutive full power 3) is displayed next.
Note:
After resetting the SC573, the machine operates normally. But after 5 minutes, SC565 is displayed. After resetting the SC565, the machine operates normally for 5 minutes.
SC573: The detected pressure roller temperature stays at 230C or more for 1 second.
SC565: When the fusing unit is not running in the ready condition, the pressure roller fusing lamp keeps ON full power for 250 seconds or more.
[Cause]
The pressure roller thermostat or pressure roller heater is disconnected.
[Solution]
Replace the pressure roller thermostat or pressure roller heater.
Note:
Because the machine can operate for 5 minutes after reloading, you can change the AOF setting to 1 minute as a temporary workaround. (Be sure to replace the part when it is delivered to you.)
