Yes I have tried that too. PR and the other sources say they no longer carry the part.

Now Obsolete those fax machines came out in 2000 you could try turning the pad upside down may work for a small while longer but ya never going to get a new pad

H535-1506 is the new complete assembly part number ricoh uk still have those
