    Ricoh Fusing Question

Morning all...........I need a swift kick. I have two machines....a Savin 4022 and a Savin 9228 in the same office having the same fusing problem. When a fax is received or when a print job is sent the machine comes to ready instantly and does not fuse properly. If you walk up to the machine and make a copy from sleep mode it wakes up, warms up, and works correctly. I know the proper solution is to have the salesman remove the antiques, but I don't see that happening. What little firmware there is from those days is up to date. I've seen this problem once before, but it was so long ago and I'm so old now that I've forgotten what fixed it.......thus the need for a swift kick.
If anyone out there remembers the solution on this I would greatly appreciate the help.
