Have the firmware updated to latest , m/c is running follow me printing (ringdale).
Whats the suggestion ? format HDD ?? stuck.

For the older models this was mostly caused by a loose or faulty RAM, try reseating all connections on the BICU. If the machine has a fax option make sure it is properly seated too.

It might also help to do a memory clear on Copier, Fax, Printer, and Scanner applications.

Does the "follow me printing" use Java? If yes or they're using other apps that use Java make sure Java is up to date. 10.19.00

I have the same problem with the same software (SC 997).

Latest firmware and latest Java.

Do you resolved your problem ?

It appears even after all firmware upgraded, including java card I still got the issue advised to wind back the upgrade to the ringdale follow me software.

Do you downgrade the embedded followme software ? or the firmware of the mfp ?

Is it solved the problem ?

We are in 6.10.103 version of the FollowMe server and 3.0.9.8 for the embedded software on the mfp.

Which version do you have installed to solve the problem ?
