    Ricoh PRO907ex

    Any help is great! I am working on a Ricoh Pro 907ex and I am getting SC300 & SC586 codes. I replaced corona units (pre & main charge),high voltage 500k kit and still getting code anyone have the fix to this problem? Thanks.

    Replacing the corona units with new ones usually will fix the 300 codes. If not you should check the HV connectors in the back of the machine or the HV psu. Don't worry about the 586 codes, their for the machine checking that all units are in the machine and won't shut it down. I've got a couple that have thrown the 586 since they were new.............

      If there is a lot of toner on the back ends of the charge coronas and the top of the development unit has a lot of toner as shown in bulletin 008 dated 11/12/2010, the toner pump may need to be replaced. 008r-rfg046055.pdf
