Aficio MP C2050 Feed roller not turning (motor is)

Working on an Aficio MP C2050 and the feed roller for tray 1 is not turning. The motor is turning, but not the roller. Is there some kind of clutch or one-way bearing behind there that goes out? I can't find a parts manual so I'm not sure what to order to fix it. And taking it all apart looks like a daunting experience. I only want to do it once, when I have the actual part to replace.

Any help is appreciated.

Items A and C on page 7 of the Trouble shooting guide totoro attached are spring clutches for the feed rollers. When they fail, you get the problem you are having. Items E and F are also spring clutches for the transport rollers.
