Good day, we would like ask some advice regarding our new MP-C305 SPF. At first it show No Toner icon below (Black was empty) and we tried to replaced it with brandnew OEM Ricoh toner and after the loading we got the message that the toner Black has been depleted. Appreciate your inputs guys.. TIA!
PS: printer was also brand-new and after 5days of operation this scenario happened. So we spend already 15 days for the new toner arrived and still we can not use the machine.
