Ricoh MPC 3002 problem with colors

Dear Friends,
i have problem with print outs,well when i print something in color mode every forth paper is without cyan and yeallow collor.After i saw that i went to Sp mode and print test pattern. Same thing 3 patterns have all colors and one dont have Cyan and Yellow color. What is the problem here i just cant get it. Please help

I dont have sample atm ill get it asap,but its simple on test pattern u just dont have those two colors (cyan and yellow its blank)

Turn on single colour mode SP5-618 and run each colour with a sky shot. If the problem doesn't appear on copier mode then it could be a memory issue with the Printer Aplication.
