Ricoh MP C2500 "Kickin my butt" Blue lines after a fuser re-build

First off, Why is the door that reveals the image units stuck... That is where I left it... The initial problem was that the fuser belt and pressure
roller were ripped. I rebuilt the fuser. Belt and pressure roller. Between the time I was waiting on parts the copier developed a blue line going along the LEF (towards the front of the machine on the bottom of the page) Also a few inches above the line developed a trail blue of dots. I then rebuilt the drum unit thinking that that was the problem. The line is still there and so are the dots. (Which btw the dots were showing up on the drum cylinder.) Any feedback would be very helpfull... Thanks so much

I left there without getting one. The line (Smear) about 1/2 inch on the bottom of the page looks like the cleaning blade is going out. I changed that today with the drum rebuild. The very small dots are the size of a grain of pepper and repeat about every 3/4 of an inch. All blue (Cyan)

Uniform Dots, sounds like PCU charge roller is dirty or pitted?
Smear, might be a dev void ?

Without a sample image the above is only a guess...

This is usually caused by one of the PCDUs not being properly inserted.

The stuck front cover is caused by the drum shaft not being fully pushed home while reassembling the PCU. The spots / lines will probably be the charge roller. If I were you, I'd just replace it. B224 2027.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

              Hit it.
