Does anybody have an opinion on the 4054/5054/6054(Cor-C1c) range yet?
We have one that has been on the customer's site for 2 weeks and is now dropping toner(bent mylar strips in the toner hopper) filthy copies(defective PCDU) and a squeal from the exit assy(strip and lube up according to a bulletin).
I KNEW these looked like trouble when I saw a drum diameter not much bigger than a 1027 unit
