[Misc] Internet Fax on Aficio MP 161

I am trying to set up internet fax on Mp161. I have programmed everything. The machine can do internet fax but the customer does not want any text in the message body. The message is:-

"This E-mail was sent from "RNPCF76DB" (Aficio MP 161).

Scan Date: 11.02.2015 08:04:46 (+0100)"

Can anyone please tell me how to disable this notification because I have tried everything possible using Web Image Monitor (WIM) without any success. Thank you

Not sure if the MP 161 has these settings but check the WIM under configuration > scanner > send settings...look for insert additional info. there is a check box to turn this off or on.

unfortunately the 161 does not have the scanner send settings on WIM. The feature is you mentioned is on the MP 171.
