    Function Problem in MPC3300

    Hi, Guys.

    Have you all facing this problem in MPC3300?

    Come out function problem but does not show SC Code.

    need some help.

    If you check SC History in SP 7403 it will tell you the last 10 error codes

      do not factory reset
      follow Moza's advise look for any sc codes
      this type of issue can sometime be caused by HDD failure
      you could try formatting the HDD remember this will clear any data on the HDD (ie Address book etc)

        You can also disable auto reboot using sp5-875. Set 001 to "1" and 002 to "0" -reboot the machine. The SC code will be displayed immediately going forward.

            Had the same on b/w copier, after f/w u/g worked fine.
