    Ricoh SP C430dn

This machine jams almost immediately when it tries to feed the paper out of the cassette. The paper doesn't even make it out of the tray. I replaced the feed rollers to see if it would help but machine still doing the same thing. Occasionally I can get one or two pages through but that's it. Are there any updates for this machine? This machine has a very low meter and is rarely used. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

This will only work if you really want any help. Otherwise, this could be a colossal waste of time, and it would be proper for you to righteously call me rude names if that ends up being the case.
Still, there's a pretty good chance the paper in that machine has gone to crap. If you haven't already, bring a fresh ream of paper with the next time you see the machine, and load it in to see if it makes a difference.

Check the paper end sensor is sitting properly. If the flag is dislodged, it can cause this sort of issue.

Check that the feedroller is right engaged, the green slide thing can be stuck.
Also check end fence and drawer and the separation pad is seated the right way.
Sorry - got the models mixed up - above is not correct.

I guess I will have to check again. I am not sure what is being referred to as the green slide thing. I have taken the feed rollers off/on several times

Sorry, my mistake. No green thingy on this model, got them mixed up.

This paperfeed look a lot like the MP4000. It also has that white piece of t-shape plastic that keep the feed and picup rollers in place.

Does the paper tray bottom plate lift properly - could it be bent?

What is the condition of the paperfeed clutch?
