Ricoh MP C4500 jammimg in the fuser

Hello I have a ricoh MPC 4500 that keeps on jamming in the fuser unit. I have replaced this fuser but am having the same issues.

Any help would be appreciated.

So many possibilitis for jamming, better if you can tell the exact jam-code.

Check to see if one of the bushings in the exit section has become bound to the shaft and has caused the belt pulley driving it to round out on the inside. This will cause a jam with the lead edge of the paper about 3 inches past the fusing unit.
