Netherland Professional Services has an outstanding Engineer, Hayo. He will solve any printing issues better than Ricoh Engineers from Japan!

You may like to attach a sample page of the problem to the forum.
The forum might be able to jog a " lightbulb moment" and start you on a tangent you haven't tried.

          Dear all,

          We have got it!
The source of problem there is in the electro magnetic guard issues. We have found probably source of conducted hazards on controller/laser wirings.

          More details soon.
We need time to make longer tests.
          At the moment problems disapeared

            Has the problem returned?

              Problem solved!

Like I said that was matter of shields. That was electro magnetic hazards issue.

On the controller boh, at the top there are three cables going to the laser unit and covered with metal plate and scewed to the chassis cable shields.
In our 4 machines cables were unscrewed and there were no cover plates.

Should be "controller board" not "boh". My mistake

This is the picture with mensioned cables and lacking metal plate. The screwdriver point at shields groundings
