      There is no new firmware for this model, from my point of view.
      Please start you post with brand, model, problem.

          Well, I'm not a DEER, but I still recommend you call a qualified technician to assist you in the firmware upgrade. I cannot imagine what problem you could have on an MP3010 that firmware could fix. They are too old to support SSL, TLS, or WIN8/Server2K12. Having said that, you will not find a technician on this site willing to just provide you firmware, especially on your first post. Firmware is something we do not share with the general public.
