    [Jamming] Sr-5020 attached to pro907ex katana j401

Hi all hope someone can shed a little light getting J401 in finisher (sr5020) smc logging -146 entrance lag error , j401 listing entrance sensor does not turn off ?
tested sensor all appears fully working in input output.
Firmware all updated machine and finisher (H to P)

hoping someone can give me some pointers ??

Make sure the entrance to the finisher is in line with the exit of the copier.I believe there is a whole procedure in the service manual on how to correctly fit the finisher. My guess is its a little too high or possibly offset.

Finisher entrance jam, D434. For jam codes above 255, subtract 255 from the code (401-255=146) and look up in SP 7509. Or it might be subtract 256. 146 and 145 are both entrance jams. One is late, lead edge did not get there in time, and the other is lag, the paper stayed on the sensor too long.
