It could be the pressure roller thermistor. A dirty or out of position thermistor can cause fusing error codes. Many times a fusing error code when a machine is first turned on in the morning results from the room temperature dropping below 60 F for an extended period of time. try connecting the upper and lower tray heaters to keep the inside of the machine warmer. -

The cleaning web was also modified to supply more oil to keep the hot roller surface cleaner so the thermistors don't get so clogged up with toner and paper dust.

Get into SP mode & change the following:
1105-2 to 180*
1107-1 to 195*
1107-2 to 195*
1107-3 to 70 seconds
1107-4 to 70 seconds
2804 to OFF
3904 to 2Comment
