    SC 191

Anybody ever see a SC Code 191 on a Ricoh 1022? It's not in the manual! I swapped out the controller board and got it.

Hi, on the older colour models it was related to the serial number

found one SC191 related to scanner thermistor detection error, thermistor desconected or broken thermistor short circuited.

        SC 191

        IPU board error
The SBCU and IPU boards installed are
not for the same model (e.g. the SBCU
is for the B022, and the IPU is for the
        B027).
        • Installation error (wrong SBCU or
        IPU).
Don't take that toner with me!

Swap the NOVRAMs from the controller boards.
                Follow the serial #.

                Has happened to me.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
