    [Misc] @remote setup

Hi guys, thanks for your help. Got no knowledge about @ remote.
I was told to initialised and rewrite certificate for a particular machine but got no idea where or who will provide that request number?

    Re: @remote setup

If you work for a dealer or direct you need to request access to the @Remote Centre System. Once you have access you can create your request number and register the device / manage it. AFAIK, third party access is not available.

      SP5-870-003 to initialise
      SP5-870-001 to rewrite
This rewrites the ID2 which is how the machine communicates with the @remote server
