This C5100s has light black copies and says "add toner" even though it is full. Customer tried another one just to make sure it was not the toner cartridge. There are 252K black and 19K color prints/copies on it. Customer said he thinks it may need a toner pump, however I have not been out there and wanted to see if anyone can help me in advance - has anyone seen this machine need a toner pump this early in the life of the machine? Or give me a heads-up as to what it might be? Thanks in advance!
