    Ricoh MP C3300 Firmware

    hey all I am looking for the latest firmware for ricoh mp c3300 can someone help me here?

      If you are an authorized Ricoh tech, go to rfg-esource. Be sure to download the Special/Custom firmware as it is for Win8/Server 2012 and MAC OS 10.7.

      If you are not authorized, pay someone who is to update it for you. Be sure to tell them why you need to update so they can have the correct Special/Custom firmware if needed.

          Quite honestly we are not an authorized dealer, but we have better than 50 clients out there with Ricoh machines repurposed and sold by the company I work for. Ricoh offered us the opportunity to be an authorized dealer but wanted us to meet quotas which quite honestly... we weren't interested in being under that kind of pressure. We are a laid back organization who does our best to provide quality service and products manufactured by Ricoh, Kyocera, Canon etc. and have been in business for 28+ years.

          its ok if you don't want to help... I understand. There is always more than one was to skin a cat. Thanks anyway.

              fyi; I got the firmware I needed shortly after all this. There is usually someone willing to help.
