CW2200 WIM ACCESS

Hi, All. I am having trouble logging into the WIM on this wide format inkjet. I have tried admin>no password, administrator>no password, and both login names using password as the password with no luck. Super secret factory mode did not work on this box either. I hope I am just doing something wrong, as this is a newer machine. Can anybody shed a little light on the situation?
Oh yea, I tried supervisor combinations too, no joy.

Not familiar with this model, but have you tried to login as supervisor with no password? Once logged in as supervisor, you can change the administrator login information.

Here is another possibility I ran into yesterday on a Lanier LD117. When I tried to login to the WIM in gave an authentication errorand when I tries to access the address book from the machine it was not there. I then noticed there was an address book data error and a SC870-22 in the SC history. I used SP 5846-050, clear all address books. After rebooting, I could then get into WIM and the address book was back.
