    MP 3500 SC 672

I have a Savin 8035e or Ricoh Aficio MP 3500 that will pop this code only after several hours of being on. I have replaced the Controller board, NVRAM, HDD, BICU, the entire Scanner unit, the little RAM stick, and the power switch. I seriously am lost on what's next. The code will show up after 4+ hours sometimes will be on all day at least 8 hours. We will get to work in the morning it will be there. Also the code evolved from an SC670, but went away after the controller board change. Should I do the I/O Board, High Voltage board, anything else???? Please and thanks

    Wow. Frustrating!
Based on all you've done so far, I'd suggest reflashing FW, and making sure System FW is 1.51.3 or newer

I think you can't enter the SP mode?

Re fix all parts back to original state and replace new controller board and remove the old board NVRAM and fix to the new controller board

      How about the copy count?

          Copy count: 230,000

I can't do any firmware because my company is no longer Savin dealers and are now Kyocera.

and when SC 672 is on there is no SP access, but like I said it takes hours for it to pop up and the machine is completely functioning.

I replaced the whole controller box from a known good working machine. Swapped NVRAM though. But we have tried new NVRAM since.

I would not recommend to swap
You can remove and fix controller board four five time as i explained earlier

                  Good luck
