Hi, everyone pleas help me in this issue my Ricoh 3045 Machine but this controller is LD235 so that is not work scan to folder win 7 and server 2008 R2. i m trying so hard but nothing work and now i will diagnose the fault firmware version is not updated so i want required this network support version 5.12.5 or 5.12.7 please any help or any link to download this versions thanks in Advance.

If you are with an AUTHORIZED Ricoh dealer you should be able to download from your Ricoh support site. Otherwise, call an authorized dealer and pay them to update your firmware.
The other way is to become someone who regularly helps others on this site for about six months and build some Rep Power.
