[Misc] MPC 305spf 'Wet and curled paper'

Good day to you all. I have a customer that has called in to say that their paper is coming out of the machine wet. They said that this usually happens in the mornings. Has anyone ever had such a problem? This is my first time to hear of such a problem.

They are getting moisture condensation inside the machine at night. Check to see if there is an anti-condensation heater option available for the paper tray. Otherwise tell the customer to remove the paper from the machine at night and store it in a moisture resistant container.
