I formatted a HDD yesterday and now the customer isn't able to scan.
I backed up the address book before the format, then restored after.
The customer doesn't use scan to email. Apparantly their IT guy has confirmed everything is ok on their end.
Is their anything else that may have been cleared during the format that would have stopped the scan to folder working?
