Stalls at " Preparing to Start Firmware Update.."

Please advise if there is any solutions to clear the message. Previously the FCU firmware of MP171 update failure, it suddenly poped up the code SC899 and found out fax card problem "Reboot after card insert, GW1a_efax_fcuK, card no.1/1 E32" After replaced new fax card, now the message stall "preparing to start Firmware Update" And :1,4,3, clear keyx3times wont work.
