Take the fuser out, flip it upside down and remove the entrance guide with the two screws it sort of slips out from under the metal discharge piece. In the center of the guide there are two nubs about and inch apart usually some crust on them pretty much take a file or sand paper and sand the nubs down to be smooth like the rest of the guide, then reassemble and try.

When these wear down unevenly you will usually see paper come out with a crease or wrinke right down the center about an inch from the lead edge like a bolt of a lightning down the rest of the page, see it more often on legal paper or SEF paper then you do on LEF. If that works you can leave it like that no problem or you can replace the guide if you feel necessary.

      Agreed!
I would just add that the fingers are quite easily broken (mostly during rebuilds), and if even 1 is, it can/will cause creasing.
ALSO...simply make sure that the tray guides are snug to the paper. Drive a screw down through the guide to hold it if you have to.

Thank you, I did what you suggested and the copier is no longer wrinkling!

Nice, thanks for letting us know that worked for you. This one of those repairs I remember because i fought that same model for about 3 weeks replacing everything before finding out that simple repair. You wouldn't think that those nubs would cause so much annoyance.
