Ricoh mp 6500 with error code sc 590

Dear friends I'm repairing Ricoh MP 6500, it showing SC 590
I have cleaned Toner recycling sensors.recycling coil and I
changed already the toner collection motor but problem still
exsist so please help me. Can you give me other possible solution
on this?

did you check and clean the section that runs to the waste bottle?

Did you do sensor checks for all the sensors involved?

SP 590 is the waste toner collection motor error. The toner transport tube on the top of thee development unit empties into a unit at the back of the machine where another transport tube move it down to the collection motor. There is a sensor at the top of the transport tube on the back and a strobe wheel. SC 590 means that the machine did not see that sensor change state. The sensor could be dirty or bad. The tube could be clogged and the coil not turning. The waste toner bottle could be over full and causing the system to clog.

Have you checked to see if the belt, which is tiny, on the sensor in the middle, back of the machine has come off?

This would yield an SC 495.

im not 100% sure but i do remember a firmware update that fixxed
a sc495 showing up as a sc590..
i remember pulling my hair out 100 miles out on a machine that had this.
the sensor and the plastic flag gear behind the transfer unit was full of white paper dust.
wldnt hurt to pull all tubes and coils and clean completely esp if its in a warehouse or warm environment.

You can stretch this spring to have a little more tension. check if it acts properly and clean.
