MPC2800/3300 display dead (mirror motor and BICU did not fix)

As the title suggested have any of you guys come across this problem where the mirror motor and BICU did not fix a dead display screen. (screen is blank cant see anything even if you shine a torch)

I was called to a job a few days ago for a machine that had power to it but the display was blank, easy fix because most of the time mirror motor and BICU fixes the problem except this time it didn't.

I have tried another mirror motor and BICU just in case the ones I got were faulty but still no good display still dead.

    Any help would be appreciated

can you see any green/red light on the panel? if no,next step is to check the power supply.

"Surf the machine" and see if you can access Wim, then look for errors. (Key in mc Ip address into browser of connected pc).

Check fuses on PSU and fuse on LCDC board of Operational panel (SMD).
Open WIM and see what SC appear on page.

Does the machine respond when you press buttons on the panel? Does the engine cycle on startup?
            Press the GREEN button!!

              From Goose's Guide:

D023/D025 BLANK DISPLAY display goes black - update scanner fw to 1.24 or higher & system fw to 1.24 or higher
D023/D025 BLANK DISPLAY No display - check for input voltage, replace PSU as needed
D023/D025 BLANK DISPLAY no display - cracked soldering on polygon mirror motor pcb
D023/D025 BLANK DISPLAY no display - update LCDC fe to 1.09 or higher

                Hi

I had this on a MPC3300, the machine is old enough for scrappers to be at second hand dealers and one of mine just let me take the whole panel off a scrap machine and that fixed it. I would recommend just changing the whole panel, 4 screw and two connectors, took me 5 mins and all sorted. I did panic but it was that simple and machine still going.

                Hope that helps

                Tim

no response and no cycle on start up, it doesn't even attempt to boot no motors running no sound no nothing just the green light on power button

cannot even ping it even though there are lights flashing on the controller so cannot log into web to check for errors

I have tried a whole panel still didn't work, so far I have replaced the BICU twice, the mirror motor twice, a full laser unit, the op panel, PSU, high voltage. There are lights flashing on controller but can't ping the machine so can't log into web to check errors. At this stage im going to try a controller and see how it goes
