the problem is when i try to make copy or print counter the copy is exit white copy ...i mean there is no text or anything on paper

then the machine give me sc 402

I'm assuming you mean MPW2400.

Make absolutely sure you check the drum drive gear set up. Common problem for the setscrew to come loose and the drum will not turn giving you error codes. The machine will appear to function normally except for the blank copies and then give you the error code.
