    [Misc] RICOH MP 3500

    Does the machine MP 3500 forward the fax as an email in PDF format. ?
    Please note....fax forwarding as PDF to EMAIL not the FOLDER.

              We usually just forward to a folder in Outlook....that way the machine is happy and the customer still has their fax forwarded to Outlook..albeit inside a folder in Outlook.

                  Thanks Sandy and Oze. Another question Oze..is this forward to Outlook a PDF ? I have a customer with Ricoh MP 3350. Everything is working great with scan to email and all that jazz but he wants the fax forwarded to his email as PDF which currently gets there as TIFF. He has access of his emails on his phone and needs the attachments to across as PDF.
