Can ANYONE ASSIST WITH THIS PROBLEM THE MACHINE WARMS UP AND THEN THE NEW MOTOR REPLACED BEGINS TO TURN AND THEN IT STOPS AND ERROR CODE COMES UP I CLEANED THE OIL SUPPLY UNIT BUT DOES IT HAVE TO BE REPLACED COMPLETELY TO RESOLVE THIS

I recently had the same error on a PRO C900 and it required the complete 400K Fuser PM Kit (742PMG178400K). Sorry, there was no other fix (and the kit is $1200 plus through eSales). Did you put the "silver" and "black" tension springs back in the right place? Try starting the machine up without the Drive Coupling for the Oil Supply Unit in place (this might put too much strain on the Fusing Belt Drive but might confirm where your issue is).Comment
