[Jamming] MP 3350 Dog earing-jamming in duplex mode

Hello

We have a few MP 3350 that starts to Dog ear in the interchange unit, the problem only happens in Duplex mode, normal copy is ok, in one machine we changed the entire Interchange Unit, but after a while the problem occurs again, than we changed the complete side door, problem gone for two weeks, and now it is back again......dog ears.....it starts to make the ears ommediately , on the firs side.....then of course on the second side, sometimes the machine jams because of the dog ears, the problem occurs with every tray, bypass.....changed also Fuser Unit, PCU Unit (without shutter).......
Any other ideas????? THX

I have had similar problems caused by the plastic ribs in the interchange and the duplex unit getting worn and catching the corner of the paper.

.... I changed entire side door, and have the same problem..... I read the TB about the ribs in the duplex unit.... Done..... Same. Problem...... The only dog ears i want to see are they of my dog at home....

Yes i did... I tried the customers paper, and our paper brought from our office.. I know this is a very strange problem...
