Has anyone installed one of these removable hard drive (RHD) options on a 4002/5002? I can't even find a manual for them, nothing in the product support guide, nothing on the Ricoh site. Any help/info appreciated. Got a tech who has to install one and he has no idea what to do, what settings to change.

Ruben - the D640-11 is the standard (internal) hard drive. This one seems to be a removable one.
KenB - thanks, I must have been looking at an old PSG. Still can't find any more info on it though, other than this announcement that says Ricoh offers training and documentation for it (neither of which seems to be true):

I read that the install instructions ship with the drive.
Hopefully, that's the case.
