    [Misc] Counter notification

    Hi all
    Small question can you set up Ricoh machines to send counter readings by email ? can set up machine errors ok but cant seem to find how to send the counter.
    Any help much appreciated

      As far as i know you need 3d party software to do that.

      Our company uses a in-house written software that picks up the meter counts and sends it to us.

                  My company uses a software called merlin but there are many others that utilize SNMP to gather device info like counters, toner and paper levels etc...
