No Scan setting on MPC 2500

hi all. currently i have 1 problem with scanning on mpc 2500. all scan setting already set to server. but, the default scan format is TIFF. customer request me to change to PDF multi as default. check the setting at scan features but don't have setting to set default to pdf. try to change the setting thru web image monitor, but no scan setting there. refer pic below. is there any other way to set default to multi pdf ?

You make the change from the scanner function screen itself.
Select -

• file type/name button
• PDF (either single or multipage - most use multipage)
• any other settings you want to lock in as default, such as auto color
• press the 'program' hard key on the panel
• press the 'set as default' and confirm

yup. currently i set scan program for this user. just wonder why only this mc don't have scanner setting on web image monitor. other mc same model got no problem.
