[Misc] Savin C3535, Asking for yellow toner?

I replaced the Toner pump, checked all connectors, but still saying add yellow toner. Any Ideas would be helpful. TIA.

Sometimes when the pumps fail the machine ends up thinking that there is more toner in the cart than there actually is. It causes an impossible negative amount left in the bottle, which it is difficult to reset. Disable toner end and reboot the machine. Insert a new cart, reenable toner end detection and reboot again. This seems to work most of the time unless something else is wrong with the mc.

After outputting SMC (SP5990) and clearing the engine memory (SP5801-002), enter the original data.

Unless you have the machines birth certificate do not clear engine memory. You will lose all setting for laser unit, ID sensor and TD sensors. You will also lose all line position data. Do what mika says. If this does not work, most likely the RFID board is bad. If you did not replace the toner tube with the toner pump, it could be clogged.
